If you need to cancel your course registration two weeks or more before the start of the course, your registration fee will be refunded minus a 8% administrative fee  OR you can transfer your registration to another course ( Only if its available ) at no additional fee as long as the other course is within a 12-month time frame from the date of the original course for which you registered.

Attendance: 

All participants will have to arrive at least 20 mins prior to the place of conduct in order to keep attendance records. All participants will have to maintain 100% attendance throughout the course duration in order to be certified. In case of discontinuation from an ongoing course, the cancellation policy will be in effect.

Active Participation:

It is compulsory for all of the dry needling course participants to practice dry needling on themselves and be present for their fellow participants to practice upon.

Codes and Conduct:

They should all well-behave and respect human rights during the entire course. They shall all contribute to maintain serenity of the course by all means. 

We understand that it's time to celebrate and relax to welcome an amazing new life. Therefore, If you are or become pregnant prior to the course we require you to reschedule to a future course if it is available or we pay you full refund when you produce authentic documentation of your pregnancy. Dry Needling is safe for pregnancy; however, the issue is the volume of needles we use in a short span of course. If you are nursing you are permitted to attend and we work with you to accommodate your needs. Perhaps, if you come to know of your conception during the course, the cancellation policy will be considered in effect.
